This is a wonder place and the staff are great and professional. Reginald and Audree are wonderful.
If I could give negative stars I would, I have lived at 1879 for years and my most recent moving experience was HORRIBLE, and when I and my roommates have emailed the leasing office, about our concerns we have had radio silence, this is the email about my moving and the treatment from the leasing office: I know there was a mix-up and a communication gap between myself and a previous leasing agent, but the way I have been treated by the staff over the past few days has been incredibly disappointing.
Warning: Long Review! If I could give this a -1 stars I would. I’ve lived here for about 5 years, and honestly, my experience has been a complete nightmare. While the rent is affordable, the hidden fees, utilities, maintenance, and overall management make it difficult to recommend. Major Issues: Outside: Why is the apartment complex 2 different colors it’s like they ran out of money to properly repaint the rest of the buildings. Utilities: When I first moved in during 2022–2023, utilities were included up to a $50 cap.
