There is a lot to say, but I’ll keep it short. There is absolutely no sound insulation in the ceilings, and it often feels as though you’re living in the same unit as your upstairs neighbors. As a result, your quality of life can become heavily dependent on how considerate they are. My health and overall well-being have been significantly impacted since moving here last month because of an extremely inconsiderate upstairs neighbor. Ultimately, the choice is yours.

My leasing consultant, Angela Noonan, was great. She stayed after business hours and communicated with a third party service to get my lease completed and signed as fast as possible.

DO NOT MOVE HERE. Elevator has been down for 2 weeks now, packets get stolen and management does nothing about it, parking lot floods every time there’s a storm (literally water up to the windows of cars) and price keeps going up. It’s insane!!
