Having been a resident for 4 months everything they said about Amara has proven to be more than satisfying! The atmosphere, neighborhood, vistas exceeded my expectations. Perhaps the most important and over overlooked aspect of Amara is the management staff. Between Brian, Doug and Lyndsey all issues are promptly addressed and professionally handled. They listen and create a positive atmosphere that can be felt throughout the facility. Well Done!!!!
We had a great experience living at Amara. The community is beautiful, well maintained, and the amenities are excellent—they really set it apart from other apartment complexes in the area. What truly made the difference was the management team. Doug, Brian, and Lindsay were all fantastic to work with throughout our time there. They were always friendly, responsive, and genuinely cared about the residents. Anytime we had a question or maintenance issue, it was addressed quickly and efficiently, making living at Amara completely stress-free.
Management is unresponsive. Trash constantly overflowing. Fire alarms going off all the time. Most people who live here are trying to get out their leases. DO NOT MOVE HERE
