Tom did a great job explaining the materials options I had for my low slope roof. He was a straightforward professional and effective communicator throughout the entire project. We ran into some weather issues when the scheduled repair date came along, but Tom was able to get me rescheduled for the same week. The crew was on-time and did excellent work, paying extra attention to the chimney flashing where I had a leak. After several heavy rains everything is still dry. No mess left behind after the work was completed, and Tom provided some nice drone shots of the project afterward.
