I have been living here since 2023. I am 1 of the 1st, original residents since they opened. The cost of living on HHI is OUTRAGEOUS…But!!! When I think of what I am paying for each month, which is a Resort Style, Island Atmosphere, Friendly/Welcoming Environment, Safe Community, it is worth every penny. No matter what life brings, when the gates open as I drive in coming home, I instantly feel a sense of relief knowing I’M HOME. Come check it out for yourself!
I've had a great experience living at Aquatera. The community is well-maintained, the grounds are always clean, and the amenities are excellent. The management and maintenance teams are friendly, professional, and quick to respond whenever assistance is needed. The location is convenient, and the atmosphere is quiet and welcoming. Overall, Aquatera is a wonderful place to call home, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed apartment community.
