I’ve been living at Arcadia By Alta, Apartments & Townhomes for a little over a year, and I truly love the quiet, peaceful environment. It’s a wonderful place to come home to and unwind. I especially want to recognize Nick Wheeler, the Assistant Business Manager, for his quick responses and willingness to help. He takes residents’ concerns seriously and shows a clear commitment to finding solutions. I appreciate how motivated he is to address issues raised by other residents and make the community a better place for everyone.
The move in process was easy and went without any issues, with prompt and friendly help from Gabby. The apartments are spacious and beautiful, along with nice layout and plenty of green space nearby. I’m enjoying the frequent Happy Hour events and the overall peaceful atmosphere living here. Updated reviews: after four months of living here, apartment management changed along with housekeeping and maintenance staff. The overall cleanliness in the buildings has gone downhill; the floors in entryway are sticky and dirty.
We have been living here for almost a year. We first signed under Greystar (and they were AMAZING), but they recently switched to Willow Bridge. Since the change in property management, Willow Bridge is almost never available. You call and you’re met with an AI assistant who redirects your call to them and they will maybe pick up the phone (the phone number isn’t even a local area code). I have been emailing them for weeks (both the general property email and the manager), and every single piece of communication has been ignored.
