I live in the apartment for more than two years and I can definitely see the changes in a positive way. Specially the front office Sanny she’s great, always with a smile in her face all of my neighbors love her too. Pool is great, Alex the maintenance is on point always ready to help. I’m happy to live here.
Came to tour the community and there wasn’t any availability for the timeframe I inquired about, but the leasing staff was really good about answering all my questions! Ashanti was especially knowledgeable and very transparent about their prices and fees. I even asked about some of the not so good reviews I read before visiting and she didn’t shy away from addressing these things.
Been seeing lots of positive changes lately & I’ve been here through a few staff changes. While I don’t always agree with the policies that are enforced, i can see how they are apart of the progress they are attempting to make & I appreciate Achante for being helpful and communicative. I had an issue this past week and she got on top of it. I felt good knowing that she was genuinely concerned and gave me options of solutions.
