Such a cute building really clean. Great views. They also have a pet of the month on the tv in the waiting area

This place has changed a lot!! In a positive way I mean we are all human and things happen but I have ptsd and they deal with my anti social and grouchy avoidance lol but they have cleaned the place up made changes to the building to keep homeless out a bit of a inconvenience but at least homeless are out thank you for the changes that have been made!!!

I regret renting here. They told me i’d be paying $1,300 in rent and they are actually charging me $1,600 for a STUDIO. they say that they’ll give you a better rate because they factor in a “gift card” but then they don’t give you the gift card for a month and then tell you you have to apply it to the rent yourself. the parking is also $300 a month. this place SUCKS. i wish i’d never signed a lease. the fire alarms also go off in the middle of the night for no reason. EDIT: 3 months later and the alarms haven’t been fixed; they go off in the lobby often.
