Avery Oaks Apartments

I turned my keys in today after living here for 4 years. I can't discount other people's experiences however mine was one of the best. I enjoyed living on this property and Yvonne and the maintenance were the absolute best! No complaints and highly recommend

I have enjoyed living at Avery Oaks Apartments over the past year. The community is well-maintained, and the office staff has always been helpful. I especially want to recognize Martha Montes for her outstanding service. She is professional, friendly, responsive, and genuinely cares about the residents. Whenever I had questions or needed assistance, Martha was always willing to help and made the process smooth and stress-free. Her dedication and positive attitude truly set her apart. Thank you, Martha Montes, for making my experience at Avery Oaks such a positive one.

I’ve been here 1 year and 8 months so far. The only issues I’ve had were related to maintenance and all were quickly resolved. Imo the property is well maintained and kept cleaner than most other complexes and it’s a big plus that people actually pick up after their pets. I haven’t interacted with most of the office staff, but that’s because I always reach out to Ivoone. She’s helped me out multiple times when I’ve had questions or issues. She’s been that way since before I ever signed the lease and thankfully I’m still able to rely on her if something comes up.
