I lived in the Aves for two years and throughout that time they were nothing but a pain in my side. Repairs would take forever, they threatened to evict my roommate over a registered ESA, and much more, and whenever I would try to call not once in my two years of living there have they ever picked up the phone. My last straw is the move out statement they’ve sent me today, 2 months after move out.
Don’t live here. Moved in and the floor was so disgusting that my socks turned black, Cabinets filthy, toilets and showers gross. They did a terrible job cleaning the apartment before I moved in. Not to mention the hallways are outdoors so it gets gross and humid when you think you’re indoors. Flies are a problem once again due to the outdoor hallways. The communal trash bin is so filthy it’s disgusting, the smell is horrendous every time you walk past it, and you btw you have to walk past it to get to your car.
Someone spilled a gallon of milk in the hallway next to where the ceiling is collapsing and no ones done anything about it for 3 days. Extremely typical of this apartment complex. Terrible experience. Thought Id share.
