I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with this property has been terribly frustrating and disappointing. THE APARTMENT OFFICE IS INCREDIBLY DIFFICULT TO WORK WITH. Emails often go unanswered for days or even weeks, and simple issues can take a month or longer to resolve. Everything is unclear. Every time I needed help, I had to go to the leasing office in person because calling or emailing rarely worked. Even then, I was often redirected to someone else without getting a real solution. The move-out process was especially disorganized.
This place is amazing! Staff are amazing, they are really helpful and patient! Love it!
I never went in, but the atmosphere is good
