We’ve been living at Broadstone Atlas for about a month now, and we honestly couldn’t be happier! We moved from Florida to California and, because of the distance, we actually signed our lease without ever touring or seeing the apartment in person. That was a big decision, but Rochelle made the entire process so easy. She was incredibly helpful from the very beginning, answered all of our questions, kept us informed, and made us feel confident about making such a big move without seeing the property first. Once we arrived, Rochelle showed us around and has continued to be amazing.
I’m very happy to be moved out of here. It was good at first but the longer I lived there, the faster I wanted out. Need an extra parking space? You have to wait about 3 months since there’s a waitlist. Oh but since there’s a waitlist, you’ll have to use your guest parking passes, which you only get 10 a month. After those are exhausted, it’s $10 a DAY. Need a covered parking space ? Well, you’ll pay $150 for a covered parking space nowhere near your actual floor. $75 for un covered allllll the way on the 7th floor. On our floor, people let their dogs pee all in the parking garage.
Keaton was amazing and beyond helpful during my service request, he was very knowledgeable and made sure to get the service done fast and efficiently.
