Be aware of how security and lost items are handled here. In Jan 2026, I left a box, a bag of cat food, and duffle bag outside my car on the carport while running errands, and it was gone when I got back. Management's response was basically "next time don't leave your stuff out." They told me the box and cat food were thrown away and the duffle bag was never found. More recently, I caught a young woman going through my bags while I was unpacking from a trip. She popped up and said, "Oh is this yours? I'm with security," but had no uniform and walked off in a hurry.
Super helpful and friendly staff when I went in for an application. Beautiful, clean property! 5 stars.
The complex is very welcoming and the area it is in is extremely fascinating, having a golf course near by plus access to many restaurants and organizations nearby is a plus.
