I lived at Century Tower for a year, and unfortunately, my overall experience was disappointing. The apartments felt very small for the price, and I found it extremely overpriced for what you actually get. Many of my interactions with people in the building also felt unfriendly and unwelcoming. Another major downside was the surrounding area, which could feel uncomfortable and scary at night. After living here for a full year, I personally don’t think the experience or space was worth the price.
The staff, maintenance, and amenities are amazing! I enjoyed my time living in Century Tower. They go above and beyond to make it an amazing experience for residents. However, the train noise was completely unbearable and affected me a lot. Avoid if you are a sensitive sleeper.
There's a lot to love about Century Tower! I'd say its biggest draw is that you are getting what feels like luxury living at an affordable price in an awesome location. And there are several reasons that explain this, that if you are ok with, Century Tower is the perfect fit! - Constant train noise. It doesn't matter what side of the building, or how high up you are, you will hear the trains constantly. It's at an intersection on the loop, so you've got 6 different L lines sharing the same track which means a train goes by around every other minute during peak times.
