Great place to live!
I first moved in when it was managed by Greystar and I loved the management then! Ever since they changed management though, I’ve had so many complaints. It’s to the point where my friends were interested in moving here and I convinced them not to. I’m definitely going to move after my current lease. Firstly there are generic things like the fire alarms going off frequently, water gets shut off, etc. They also keep changing policies - we now have a new parking system that makes it harder for guests to park and for tenants to pay for the system.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I have lived at Citron Apartments for the past two years, and the change in management has made a tremendous difference. Danielle, Brianna, and Andrew have created a welcoming, professional, and supportive environment that truly makes this feel like home. They are attentive, responsive, and genuinely care about the residents and the community they have built. It is refreshing to see a management team that goes above and beyond to make everyone feel valued. After two years here, I can honestly say Citron Apartments is an ideal place to call home because of the people who manage it.
