Updated review: I decided to move in after my previous lease ended, and I’ve been very happy with my decision. I just renewed for another 12 months. Since the management change, things have really improved. The office team communicates clearly about any issues and explains the steps they’re taking to resolve them. Maintenance has been excellent work orders are handled quickly and efficiently. Overall, it’s been a great experience living here.
I just moved in a few days ago. My AC was working but not very well. Maintenance immediately showed up and worked hard on a fairly long job to take care of it right away. Stufff happens that needs to be fixed- that’s not a problem. The speed and friendliness of the staff and maintenance was top notch. Loving it here 😎 thanks
After multiple nice requests an emails of recordings and noises complaints, multiple police calls for disturbing my well being, The apartment management tried to make me move instead of addressing the situation (it was for a little bit) but now is worse than before. I feel harassed, attacked because I am a woman. they are violating Fair Housing laws. Feeling unsafe and unheard in my own home is incredibly draining, especially when it feels like the people responsible for my safety are actively ignoring me or treating me unfairly because of my gender.
