Ryah at Fieldstone Amherst is truly exceptional and deserves all the recognition! I had a major issue with my apartment that was incredibly stressful, but from the moment Ryah stepped in, she took complete ownership of the situation and made sure I felt heard, supported, and taken care of. She didn’t just fix the problem—she went far beyond what I expected to accommodate my wishes, address every concern, and make sure the final outcome was something I was genuinely happy with. Her professionalism, compassion, patience, and dedication were unmatched.
Richard and Ashka are very helpful with the tour.
I can’t say enough great things about the office staff at Fieldstone Apartments. Every interaction I’ve had has been professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. A special thank you to Nichole, Lexie, and Ashka. They consistently go above and beyond to help residents and families, and it’s clear they genuinely care about providing excellent service. They’re always patient, accommodating, responsive, and exceptionally knowledgeable. No matter what issue comes up, they take the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and work hard to find a solution.
