Lived here from 2024 to the end of this July. Watched the place change hands from a more local property management company to one that owns hundreds of locations nationwide, and boy, did it start to show by the end. Continuously received emails from building management all the way up until the week that I moved out about move-out inspections, the email saying some rather intentionally vague timeframe of the said inspection being 'in the coming weeks and *months*'.
Very nice apartments overall. Every building employee I've met here has just been so nice. Faith from the main office is an especially kind soul, and is easy to talk to about pretty much anything.
For being student housing Big Horn Landing is an exceptional community! From the floor plans, trails and amenities this is by far the most beautiful environment i would want to live.
