Helix 24

I would not recommend this apartment complex based on my experience so far. I have had ongoing issues with my roommate, including her repeatedly bringing random people into the apartment at late and unpredictable hours, playing loud music late at night, smoking marijuana inside the apartment, and leaving the shared living area extremely messy. She has also repeatedly taken and used my personal cups, plates, and other belongings without asking. I reported the smoking and other issues to management, but very little was done.

In the beginning, everything seemed great, but over time the experience continued to get worse. They kept adding extra charges for one thing after another, and most recently they started charging for visitor parking. The trash service is also very poor, the dumpsters are frequently overflowing. There are plenty of other places to choose from, and I wish someone had warned me about these issues before my daughter moved in. I would not recommend this place based on our experience.

If I could give Helix 24 zero stars, I would. My experience living here was disappointing from beginning to end. The utility billing was confusing and poorly managed. The bills were consistently behind and were never for the correct billing period, making it difficult to know what I was actually being charged for. Getting clear answers about the utility charges was frustrating and there was very little transparency. Another major issue was the pool.
