Would like to give zero stars. We came from out of state for a tour. We arrived ten minutes early. All the doors were locked. We waited ten minutes after our tour time. No one showed up. There was only a voice mail option we tried calling.
I really thought this place was decent despite the reviews. If you are considering these apartments just know they are infested and you are taking a chance. I inspect my place daily and unalive tons weekly. We’ve tried it all. Its been unfortunate that a healthy and sanitary living environment was nonexistent our entire lease and its disappointing to be forced to self remediate. They simply told us to manage humidity & vacuum daily.. but they are on the ceilings and walls..
I lived at this property for nearly two years and renewed for a second lease because my experience under the previous management team was generally positive. Like any apartment community, there were occasional issues, but the prior staff always made an effort to communicate and work toward solutions. Unfortunately, everything changed after the new management took over. During my second lease, I experienced a domestic violence situation that occurred on the property.
