Update: It's now been over a month since I posted my original review, and unfortunately, nothing has been resolved. I've only received emails saying they are "checking" whether the check has been cashed, but no one has provided a clear answer or any real update. I'm still waiting for my deposit to be returned. The lack of communication and accountability has been extremely disappointing. If you're considering renting through this company, be prepared for very poor follow-up and customer service when an issue arises.
We recently applied for an apartment and were told that we were approved. Since then, we have not received any updates regarding our application or the information we submitted. We have sent multiple emails and have not received a response, and no one has contacted us by phone. The lack of communication has been very frustrating and unprofessional. At this point, we simply want a clear update on our application. If they are unable to move forward, we expect the $200 application fee that my husband and I paid to be refunded promptly.
