I had scheduled a tour to view a 1bedroom ADA unit which was listed available on the site, it was confirmed a day before my scheduled tour! Keep in mind I told the leasing agent I am In wheelchair, she stated they have plenty floor units I can tour! I booked a ride to come to ivy park , just to be told all units available are on the second floor and they don’t have any ADA units available! I was so confused and angry because I have to pay for a ride to and from plus I made it very clear that I’m a wheelchair user!

I stopped by today the lady with the blonde ponytail was on the phone sounds like someone was inquiring about an apartment but as I walked in she put her finger up at me as in not to say anything and I can hear her asking them would you like to come stop by to view an apartment they must’ve said no because she hung up the phone afterwards. Then she asked me how can she help me and I told her I was trying to view an apartment and she said she’s all booked for today and I need an appointment. 5 minutes here and the atmosphere was so negative and she was so rude.
