Kendry Apartments

The leasing office staff is awesome, especially Gizelle! She is always friendly, helpful, and a pleasure to work with. The maintenance staff is also great—everyone is responsive and helpful, and they do a great job. I really appreciate the entire Kendry team!

The Kendry Apartments feature a nice and modern building and the one reason I move here but there are a few design flaws that affect daily living. The community looks clean and modern. Good Style: The overall design feels upscale but the Gray Blinds: The see through gray blinds do not give enough privacy at night. People walking outside can see right into your home when the lights are on. The trash disposal chutes are too small for convenient disposal of normal household garbage bags.

Beautiful Community, Very Disappointing Management The community itself is beautiful and new, but living here has been increasingly frustrating. The biggest issue is that management does not seem to communicate consistent rules to residents. Parking is another major problem. Having family and friends visit is extremely difficult because visitor parking is often completely full. Honestly, living here has made it harder to have friends and family visit. People simply don’t want to deal with the parking situation.
