Terrible place to live, they have changed administration 3 times in less than 1 year, the previous administration stole money, and they were not applying the corresponding payments, they charged me a deposit from my dog when it is emotional support, we were paying surcharges for an error of their next administration, they are not flexible. It is an unsafe place, dirty and full of homeless people, the pool has been closed for more than 4 months, it was always dirty. Terrible place to live if you want to do something well don't live here.
Got My Keys And Paid My Deposit To Move In TODAY….. AND WALKED IN TO NO AC!! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE ALSO WAS PROMISED CELING FANS AND “ THEY WHERE GIVEN TO OTHER TENANTS “ VERY UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION SAVE YOUR SELF THE HEADACHE AND DONT MOVE HERE!!
I lived here for over a year and a half, left shortly after Greystar took over. The old management wasn't exactly the best, but they were SO much better than whatever Greystar did. We had a leak in our apartment for over 4 weeks right before we were moving out, and we called, emailed, visited the office, etc. and no one ever came to check on it. Only after we moved out, they called and said "oh we're fixing it, but I guess you moved out so..." what is this??
