Great modern apartments and friendly staff
Editing (July 2026) to include that my dishwasher stopped working and Scott Smith, the wonderful maintenance person, was immediately responsive to my repair ticket and came out the same day to assess the unit. Scott showed up when he said he would and communicated kept me informed about when the part was in to repair it in a timely manner. I have enjoyed living at Little Tuscany for over a year and a half now and am planning on renewing my lease. Some of the highlights for me include ample parking, security gate, beautiful landscaping, sparkling pool and clean dog park!
