The process took six months. After all that waiting, the appliance still is not fixed! Six months is an unreasonable amount of time to have a customer waiting for a repair, especially when the problem remains unresolved at the end of it. The lack of a successful repair after such a long delay was incredibly frustrating and left me feeling like my time and money were completely wasted. I would not recommend this repair service based on my experience. If you’re looking for a timely and effective appliance repair, I would seriously consider looking elsewhere.
Arrived about 30 minutes late. Tried charging $170 markup on a $65ish part
EDIT: After speaking with the owner, Vlad, they have apologized and offered a full refund, this was a great way to display the professionalism and care they have, I was told the tech who visited was new and I can understand how that would impact the outcome. I appreciate the commitment to customer service. Thank you again ******************************** This company is a scam. They say on the website that if they can't fix it you don't pay. This is a lie. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.
