Memoir Wedgewood Houston

So much here. Parking is not clear, we checked in and no one told us we needed to sign up on an app. The facilities are clean and the lobby is nice. The room has no lighting over the massive table in the kitchen area; the TV is near impossible to "cast". The Washer Dryer, location, security, and staff were great. The room IS NOT, I REPEAT IS NOT a 1 bedroom, it's a studio loft style that has no noise privacy from room to room. ADJUST THE LISTING TO SHOW THIS. No Toaster WHY? The coffee machine is fine, but the Nespresso "New Machine" pods are harder to get than gold and the cost is similar.

The ownership and current management of this community need to reconsider how they treat residents. I will say that Rachel was consistently excellent to work with through my year at Memoir. The bottom line is that the price is not worth it. To sum my primary frustrations, it took roughly six months to fix a washing machine issue, so washing my clothes was a challenge for half of my lease. I was unable to live in my unit for all of November and half of December due to water coming up through my floor and a leak it took them weeks to locate in the adjacent unit’s walls.

The building amenities are wonderful! The location is not bad, but require a car for sightseeing, and parking is fairly expensive. Kitchen missing some key items, and a work/laptop space, but otherwise very comfortable.
