After a long drive home, the last thing we wanted to discover was a broken A/C. Mills sent Elijah out, and he immediately figured out the problem, fixed it, and even took extra time to make sure it wouldn’t happen again. He was knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely pleasant to deal with. We were so grateful to have someone like him show up when we really needed it. Excellent service!

I am a Local Operations Manager for multiple rental properties in Panama City Beach, Florida. I have been working with Mills over the last 20 years and they are the best A/C company I have worked with during this time. Their dispatcher, Amber Rose, is an outstanding communicator and efficient and does not treat her customers like a number. She is very personable and work extremely hard to take car of all our company's needs when they arise. Aaron Dare, A/C Tecnician, is one of the best of the best. He does not walk into a problem and immediately say, "system needs to be replaced."

For 30 years at least Mills Heating & Cooling has been our go to company. Courteous, honest, reliable, usually same day service & always handle the problem. How nice in 2025 to have a company that shows respect for their customers & in such a timely fashion. I can apply the same compliments about "EVERY" Mills representative repair man.
