Hey yall! Great place to live. Up to date appliances. If possible try to get the newer flooring, you will be very happy. Staff and maintenance are AWESOME. Great neighbors. I see security at night when out walking pup at night. I will say insulation sucks. Apartment is warm BUT the air conditioning system works well. Just get some floor fans too and your good. Only ceiling fan provided is in dinning room area. My neighbors are very friendly. My favorite thing about Monaco31 is pup washing station and on site dog parks, yes two gated pet parks. Yes big for big dogs lol. Little ones love it too.
Maintenence did a great job replacing water heater .Very prompt
So far so good.
