My wife and I want to thank Henry (the leasing agent) for helping guide us through the tour. We didnt feel rushed at all, despite the fact he was handling phone calls, addressing other tenants' needs, and taking care of package delivery. Henry answered all of our questions and came up with lots of ways to getting us an apartment that was in our budget. Plus, Henry makes delicious cookies every Saturday for tenants; first come first serve. They are so good. The building and amenities appear to be in great shape. The place is very clean all throughout.
I submitted a maintenance request on the 12th, and it was immediately addressed the following day. Isaiah B. was kind, informative, and fast with addressing apartment repairs and placing orders for products needed in a matter of minutes. We're lucky to have him 🙂 10/10 service
Henry was so amazing and knowledgeable. Absolutely loved our tour and thought the greenhouse was a super great feature! Loved how dedicated he is to create a sense of community with the resident events he has planned.
