Friendly and Beautiful brand new community. Was looking for housing for a family member considering moving to the Madison area. Ethan Scott, Leasing Ambassador, did an amazing job explaining the process and showing us the model home. Highly recommend anyone looking for housing to consider Nestle Down.
We toured NestleDown Farms with Ethan Scott and cannot say enough about the experience. My daughter and I came in genuinely unsure about community living, and Ethan completely changed that — he spent real time getting to know us, talking through the area, and answering every question with total honesty (even when it meant steering us away from something that wasn't right for us). That kind of candor is rare and it earned our trust immediately. We fell in love with the Oak floorplan and the community, and Ethan is a big part of why.
