Thanks for your reponse NMG but accurate representation is important. After conversations with Jeff and Jose, they are unable and unskilled at performing the needed repairs they have promised below. They demoed the bathroom for the 2nd time, exposing the cracking isn't a materials problem but a quality of work issue. Trim that was used as support behind a wall, and exposed electrical wires in the wall behind the mirror. They also exposed covered mold from an old leak and did not let me know initially the damage behind the shower wall.
This general contractor provided exceptional service for our renovation. The team was punctual, skilled, and detail-focused. They communicated clearly, respected our budget, and delivered high-quality workmanship. The project was completed on time, and the results look fantastic. We are very satisfied and would confidently recommend their services.
