I paid $1,600 for a new garage door opener system in June 2025, and I’m disappointed with how it has held up. This spring, the screws connecting the opener to the door came loose, leaving the door inoperable. It took several phone calls and conversations with different people to get that repair covered. Now the wall-mounted button has stopped working, too. I expected better reliability and service for what I paid.

I had a broken spring in my garage door. Technician Bubba came out (on time - and good communication leading up to the appointment) and fixed it. As he was explaining the work he did, he told me that he also lubricated both of our doors and told me about the importance of doing it regularly. Then, instead of just telling me, he got the ladder back out and showed me precisely where to apply the lubricant. He was very polite, well-spoken, and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend both the company and Bubba as a technician.
