Josh was great today very knowledgeable and honest. I was having issues with my dryer not heating. He had the part with him, he knew exactly what was wrong. Installed the part and everything is working again. Less than 30 minutes. He will tell you if it’s worth fixing or not. Easy to book an appointment online. He’s a local guy. I highly recommend him
We had Josh out to look at our dryer that had stopped heating. He was very professional and easy to talk to, and was able to diagnose the problem and recommend the part we needed to fix it so we could do it ourselves which saved us money. He also took the time to show us how we can diagnose problems in the future, which we greatly appreciated. We will definitely be calling Prism for future repairs and highly recommend to anyone with appliance issues!
This group has gone WAY above and beyond to help us with a fridge repair. They came out to take a look, troubleshooted with us for a while, went through all the parts that it could be, took an additional 30 minute phone call to go through things and in an effort to get me to the finish line of a fix. Shoutout to the team (specifically Josh.. I forget the first repair guys name sorry!) who have been helping us. These will be the only people I call for repairs in the future.
