Sommery Apartments

I would not recommend living at this apartment complex. In my experience, there appears to be a commercial business operating out of Unit #3116, and specifically, it has created constant traffic, frequent violent visitors, and ongoing disturbances. I’ve personally witnessed situations involving customers and employees that have caused chaos and, at times, made the environment feel unsafe. The increased traffic and confrontations have negatively affected the peace of the community and have raised serious concerns about the safety of residents.

My husband and I recently toured The Sommery, and we were both very impressed. From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm, professional, and made us feel welcome. The community is beautiful, clean, and well-maintained, and the amenities exceeded our expectations. The apartment homes were spacious, modern, and felt like a place we could truly call home. We appreciated how knowledgeable the team was and how thoroughly they answered all of our questions throughout the tour. After visiting several communities, The Sommery definitely stood out.

I recently toured The Sommery with my locator and had an excellent experience! The community is beautiful, well-maintained, and offers great amenities. The staff was incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions. The apartment homes were spacious and modern. What stood out most was the friendly atmosphere and the attention to detail throughout the property. It's clear that the team takes pride in creating a great living experience for residents. Based on my tour, I will likely lease.
