I just moved out of south standard and was very disappointed. While the front office staff are extremely friendly and helpful (Brianna & Jaason), it is clear that the building was made cheaply and with many corners cut. The biggest problem is the AC. It is extremely weak and freezes when put below 72 degrees, leaving your unit without cold air for days at a time while the system thaws. In my year residence, our AC froze 10+ times. This issue is building-wide and affects lots of units. Internal building maintenance insists this is normal, it is not.
This property is beautiful! We got to tour with Brianna T. and she was so kind and knowledgeable! Love it!
The Saturday 5am dumpster slamming is a real treat!! Fantastic scheduling! Outstanding!
