Manager lacks professionalism. Treated us and spoke to us like we were beneath him…
I don’t usually leave reviews, but I feel like people should know about my experience. After waiting about 90 days just to hear back about my application, I was told there was an error on it and that I needed to bring in additional documents. I explained to the leasing office that I would bring the documents the very next day, and I was told that was okay. When I arrived the next day with everything they requested, I was shocked to find out that my application had already been denied. I wasn’t given even 24 hours to provide the documents after being told I could bring them the next day.
I have had a great experience living here so far. The apartments look exactly like the pictures—modern, clean, and beautifully designed. Since the community is new, there have been a few minor things that come with a brand-new property, but that's to be expected. What has made the biggest difference is how attentive and responsive the staff has been. A special thank you to **Emely**, who went above and beyond from the very beginning.
