Been here for almost two years now and it has been awful. We have had things break one after the other like cabnet doors falling off their hinges, shower head broke and water wouldnt come out of it, ive had the ceiling fill with water because one of the pipes had burst and took them a couple months to fix it. This place is not good with maintenance they said they couldnt fix the washer because it wasn’t priority and if you ask for compensation of any sort the answer is no you just have to pay overpriced rent for an apartment thats built terribly with a pool thats been broken since last summer.

Included in the amenities was the pool and hot tub, however both of which were down for the entire year I lived there and were never opened. The parking situation was abysmal, with many residents having to use guest parking unless they wanted to pay the additional $50 for covered parking which is only near to a few apartments. They had lost my keys after I had submitted them to the front desk prior to the move-out date and had charged me $100 for a replacement.

The amenities here have been closed for as long as I’ve lived here (1+ year). So don’t expect to use the pool or hot tub or one of the many decorative fire pits they have. The gym has a decent amount of machines and the sauna is a genuinely nice surprise. You also shouldn’t expect to find parking given that if you’re not home after 8PM you’ll have to park in the overflow parking. Maintenance is chill it can just be annoying at times with them knocking at your door at the most random times for extra maintenance multiple times a year. They too will block parking spots with their carts.
