Just moved in and I honestly couldn’t be happier! The apartments are super nice, everything was really clean when I moved in, and the whole community feels safe and well taken care of. I also have to give a huge shoutout to my girl Trystan in the leasing office!! She made the entire process so easy from start to finish. Moving can be stressful, but she was incredibly kind, responsive, and made everything go as smoothly as possible. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping people, and it definitely stands out!! So far I’m loving it here and I’m really excited to call this place home!
I was genuinely excited to move into this apartment community and had planned on staying long-term, but my experience has been incredibly disappointing. Since moving in, I've received multiple calls from the office about complaints. The first was because my puppy left a small trail outside my door while running outside. Instead of simply cleaning it up, I was asked to clean it up off of the concrete outside, in a common area, which I found unreasonable considering I pay rent and maintenance fees.
