Katya helped us rent an apartment. Had a very smooth and seemless experience with her. Would recommend meeting her if youre planning to rent here
I would not recommend living here. My experience was that management constantly looked for new ways to charge residents more instead of providing good service. First, tenants have to pay for parking in what is essentially a shared parking lot. Then they introduced a new pet management system and started charging additional pet-related fees, even though these requirements were not part of my original lease. It feels like new fees are added whenever they can find a reason. The water billing is also a major concern.
The Flats at West Broad Village is a lovely, well kept, and the management team and maintenance team are outstanding! Cole Bennet, AJ, Katya and all of the others treat me with respect, kindness and are aways ready to assist with whatever I may need. The amenities here are far beyond what I had expected. A beautiful pool, shops, grocery stores, etc. are all within walking distance. I am 78 years of age and have never lived in a community or apartment complex as nice and well maintained as this one. The residents are friendly, and if you are into physical fitness, the gym is great for workouts.
