I’ve lived here since last year and it was honestly fine before, but this year with new management it has gone downhill fast. You can clearly tell there have been budget cuts, and the overall quality of the property and management has gotten worse. Definitely not worth the price.
My daughter moved into The Grove at Auburn 26 days ago. The air conditioner was not working upon move in. Attached is a picture of how the unit looked upon move in. They have put freon in the unit numerous times. Obviously, this is not the fix. My daughter has been sick and the apartment complex has not addressed the issue. I would not recommend living at The Grove at Auburn.
One year later and still dealing with the crooks at The Grove and The Scion Group. If I could give ZERO stars, I would. AVOID THE GROVE AT AUBURN. AVOID SCION. Their response to my original review is BS. NOONE ANSWERS THE PHONE OR REPLIES TO EMAILS. My previous review: My son has lived here for two years. Do not believe the pictures. The kids who work here are great, but the management company is horrendous. The exterior of the building is filthy and the apartments come with old wobbly furniture, appliances that don't work and broken sinks. What is worse?
