Unfriendly staff. Poor maintenance. Unfair move-out charges. Changing contracts. I highly recommend not renting here. Especially if you're a college student.
YOU COULDNT PAY ME TO LIVE HERE , charged me $50 to UNCLOG MY BATHTUB… double charging me to MOVE OUT it’s $300 just to move out doubling the amount , front office is beyond rude body language and everything , if this could be zero stars i would definitely do that i HIGHLY recommend not staying here and finding somewhere else worth the rent .. my ac is ALWAYS BROKE , wifi is constantly out , vallet trash picks and chose what bag to take , MOVED IN WHEN WE GOT A “DEAL “3x3 $400 something now my rent is 700????
I would not recommend living here. My experience with management and maintenance was incredibly disappointing. One of my biggest issues was that my front door was NEVER sealed properly the whole time I lived there, causing my apartment to stay hot no matter how often I kept my thermostat at 70°. There was a gap in the bottom of the door, and the door itself never latched properly. It only stayed closed if I slammed it shut and locked it.
