I've read reviews about thin walls and other stuff but that's not what I've experienced. In fact my neighbors had a birthday party and I couldn't hear them at all. Also the staff has gone above and beyond the call of duty making sure my move in went smoothly. I will not hesitate to update if my experience changes but I've been here a few weeks and so far it's been great
Edit: 5 years later and still no reach out. Not worth anyone's time or money.
Live literally anywhere else. I've had so many issues with this place, I cannot warn people away from it enough. They made getting out of my lease the most appalling, wretched experience I've ever had. Their apparent inability to answer the phone DURING OFFICE HOURS is extremely inconvenient and unprofessional and makes it impossible to get anything done over the phone. I can count on one hand the number of times I called and actually got connected to a human instead of their useless AI assistants (which almost always ended up hanging up on me, saying to wait on a call back).
