We've had a wonderful experience in every way. Samantha is an excellent advisor; she's very diligent, always attentive, and willing to answer questions or address concerns. I had such a great experience with the leasing staff while looking into the apartments. Samantha was so sweet and personable, and she took the time to give me a tour and showed me a few different options. Everyone I’ve interacted with have been super friendly, helpful, and responsive. So far, I’m really loving the apartment community, and the amenities are great! Overall, it’s been a really positive experience.
The management staff are exceptional and amazing. The little events that they do are really fun and the facilities here are great. Highly recommended. I’d like to add that whilst there are some negative reviews about the priorities of the management. i.e. focussed on fining the residents as opposed to the wellbeing of the residents. This is 100% not my experience and not true. We left a few trash bags outside not knowing that we needed to leave them in the bin and Rafino the manager personally knocked on our door and kindly suggested we leave it in a bin outside. No fines. Just great service.
