These apartments used to be great. Not sure if it’s because of new ownership, but I cannot wait until my lease is over. There used to be about 20+ visitor parking spaces that would be available by reservation. Now, there are only 15 first come first served spaces. But coming by one feels like hitting the lottery, because you have inconsiderate tenants who have 4 car for a one bedroom unit who like to store their cars there. So most of the time you have to park across the street in the Stater Bros parking lot. Oh!
I just wanna say in the year that we’ve been living here we very much appreciate Judith and all her hard work.!! She is beyond amazing and shows passion for the tenants here ! She is always in a great mood and makes the environment feel very welcoming !! She enforces rules and regulations when needed and is very much appreciated!
When I first came to look at The Kingsley, Judith greeted me as soon as I entered the leasing office. Her energy was so welcoming and polite! I told her what I was looking for and she recommended we look at a space. We did the walk through and as I was feeling the place out, Judith was helpful with questions I had regarding my furniture and spacing. She let me take my time as I walked through each room, imagining myself in the space and how I would place everything. After the tour was over, I asked her about the application process and she was very thorough and forthcoming.
