Biggest scammers in Charlotte do not live here. Actively trying to get us to pay for a carpet replacement for $900 despite receiving a move out inspection report that indicated the apartment was left in good conditions and there was no need for replacements. They never gave us many of the preferred employer program benefits that were promised when we signed our lease. Also, like everyone else has mentioned, there is no parking and the LMS parking enforcement is terrible to deal with. Leasing office is unhelpful. Packages always get lost. Don’t fall for this overpriced scam.
The apartment search process can be stressful, but Sydney made it such a smooth and easy experience. She was always responsive and helpful with any questions we had throughout the process. She made everything simple from start to finish, and we really appreciated all of her help. Highly recommend working with Sydney!
Stopped in today, 09/11/26 & have to say I’m impressed. I met Carter the new Property Manager. What a beautiful & welcoming community! Between the great location, the Property Manager, the beautiful pool with cabanas, the dog park & a whole list of other amenities including a GOLF SIMULATOR this community is great!!!
