Very bad communications, called multiple times and didnt answer, and then all of a sudden just cancelled my showing appointment. It is a waste of time
The view leasing team is always friendly and welcoming, and they are quick to help whenever I have a question or need assistance. One of the things I like most is that the apartments are larger and unit is so bright than many other places in Koreatown, and the location is great. Everything is close by, which makes daily life very convenient. I also want to give a special thanks to Michelle. She is always kind, patient, and willing to help, and it’s especially nice to have a Korean-speaking manager who understands residents’ needs.
I have been living at The View Apartments, and my experience has been excellent. Michelle and her team do an outstanding job managing the property. They are always professional, responsive, and genuinely care about the residents. Whenever I have questions or need assistance, they handle everything quickly and efficiently. The community is well-maintained, and it’s clear that Michelle and her team work hard to make this a great place to live. I truly appreciate their dedication and excellent customer service.
