DO NOT LIVE HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE. Take this as a warning, read the other reviews of this place. Do not live or sign a lease here no matter what you do, even if you are low on funds and think this place is a budget friendly option… ITS NOT. Take from my experience. Apartment filled with black mold on floor and walls, air ducts filled with dust and mold and never had been cleaned regardless of how many maintenance requests had been sent. Rats and mice are a constant issue, they say they have pest control come every Wednesday, all they proceed to do is put a trap down.
The office staff will verbally tell you instructions about rent or payments then completely contradict it later on. You will receive random charges that don't make sense, and if you email or call, you will not likely be answered. If you show up at the hours they're supposed to be staffed you may also likely see no one is there. There are many problems with the actual apartment functionality and even more with the management and aide that you will very likely need to reach out to. They take advantage of college aged kids money wise and communication wise. 0/10 do not recommend.
Do not live here. Spend the extra money to live in a place that has competent management and cares about its residents. I have lived here for almost a month with 4 broken appliances and not a single thing has been fixed. Management is extraordinarily unprofessional and unhelpful with these matters. Additionally, upon move in, my apartment bedroom was DISGUSTING. The carpet was full of dust and trash pieces, and reeked of urine. There were used floss picks in the bathroom and makeup smudges all over the walls.
