Town Walk at Hamden Hills

This place sucks, do not rent there, as big as this complex is they only have one camera for each complex. Thieves broke into my husbands car, 2 cars were stolen the same day. Called the police and didn’t even have a camera to cover the footage

I lived at Town Walk for about three years, and I can honestly say my experience was nothing short of great. From the very first tour of the available apartments to my entire time living there—and even after moving out—the staff was always professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful. They made the entire process, from move-in to move-out, as smooth as possible. The maintenance team also deserves a special shoutout. They were always responsive, courteous, and quick to resolve any issues. It’s clear that everyone at Town Walk takes pride in the community and truly cares about the residents.

I’ve lived here for almost 4 years and the place has really grown on me. It’s not cheap but within average price range for most apartments right now. The complex is quite large and can be difficult to navigate if you aren’t familiar with it, and there’s almost no cell service inside the complex, so deliveries and visits from family or friends can get complicated at times. Other than that, I enjoy this complex quite a bit. The apartments themselves are average and are built decently, but they’re pretty small with tiny kitchens and tiny rooms. Nothing special.
