Management has a habit of marking maintenance requests as completed without actually completing repairs.
I've been living at Tralee Village Apartments for 2 years now, and I've honestly had a wonderful experience. The location is great, with restaurants within walking distance, but what really makes this place special is the team. Jay and Victoria in the leasing office are always so responsive and quick to help whenever I have a question or concern. I also want to give a shoutout to Ronald and Wayne on the maintenance team. They're always friendly, get maintenance requests taken care of within a couple of days, and do a great job keeping the building clean and well-maintained.
I had a very good experience with Tralee Village. Victoria helped me through the whole leasing process. She was always patient and helpful, and responded to my questions quickly. Everything went smoothly, and I really appreciate all her help and support. Thank you, Victoria!
